Enable team filter view for technicians

When using self assignment of ticket with queue and privilege "View all request" is set to NO then Technicians don't see Teams filter in My tasks section. This cause technician must to continuously switch from Service Request and Incident section of Operation panel to see queued ticket.

Enable view of My teams queue in my task for technicians though "View all request" privilege is set to NO.

Technicians could see in My task with a single view all SR and Incident in queue and more easily manage ticket
