Widget "Create new Ticket" in Technican-portal Dashboard

Ability to create new Tickets "One-Klick-away" from the Dashboard in Technician-Portal.
The Dashboard is a good to get an overview of existing Tickets.
It would be nice to create new Tickets "One-Klick-Away".

It's planned. Story is created. Can be targeted for 8.0.

The option will be available in v8.2 where there will be a Create Request icon at the top menu bar. It would be a one click request creation accessible from any page including Dashboard. The new dashboard for Tech portal is planned to be developed as part of v8.3.
