Bottom of email

After creating a request, the email is successfully sent. At the bottom of the email, it shows [Template[8]].[Team[3]].Signature]
Is there any way to remove this? Is there a setting that I can at least modify it? I know in the database, the team the request is being assigned to is team 3 and the message in the email is template 8 but I don't know why it is showing up on the email like that.

This should come right out of the Email Templates you can configure in the email setup in the Admin Portal. Check the Create Request template. Make sure it looks normal. Something isn't getting translated.
