Delete multiple incidents/requests ?

Is there a way to delete multiple tickets and requests? After testing I would like to clear out all test calls. Would be nice if it could be done in multiples rather than having to edit each call and delete.

Thanks.

Re: Delete multiple incidents/requests ?

Use the "Bulk" button to update multiple requests at the same time. ...and
then you can select multiple entries...and perform your operation

Re: Delete multiple incidents/requests ?

There does not seem to be any way to delete using the "bulk" button...

Re: Delete multiple incidents/requests ?

sorry mis-read that...you cannot delete tickets..you can only set state to
closed.....audit purposes....my understanding of ITIL compliance says they
all stay...

Re: Delete multiple incidents/requests ?

Thanks for the replies. You can delete incidents as Admin/Super. We managed to clear out all test calls before going live. Linking calls tgether as well sped up the process.
