Help Why Sat, and Sun the SLA would active

I configured the not 24 x 7 and Sat. & Sun not available, why the SLA continue active. and I config two customer one contract config. "Time Limited Subscription" and other config. "support hours" . The config. "Time Limited Subscription" customer I open a new incident, after several hours would be show "pending - no contract". the customer config "support hours" without this problem
