IP Changed on Service Desk Server

We had to change the IPs and Domain Name on our network which affected all the servers. As a result the Service Desk certificate is still showing the old IP and domain name. I don't know how to fix this so that it is showing the new IP. Running Service Desk on a Microsoft 2008R2 server. I can't fix the AIM without the updated certificate showing the new IP and domain name. We used "internal" or self-signed certificates when we initially installed Service Desk. Anyone run into this and know how to fix?:(

Re: IP Changed on Service Desk Server

OK, some further information. If I go into the ZENworks server under Configuration / Service Desk Management / Service Desk Registration and pull the certificate directly from the Service Desk server, it pulls up the proper information on the certificate. But when I go to the Service Desk webconsole, Setup Portal / AMIE / ZENworks and reset the certificate there, it's showing the old IP and domain name. So does anyone know where it's pulling the data for the 2 fields "IP field = field4" and "OS Field = field20"? I'm wondering if there is a configuration file somewhere within Service Desk that is holding the old IP and Domain Name.

Re: IP Changed on Service Desk Server

Problem solved. Used Firefox and was able to generate an updated certificate. We have to use lock down our OS and Microsoft Applications. One of these locks is causing IE not to be able to regenerate certificates.
