Modifying the layout of ticket screens

We have been testing the NSD for a few months .. twice a week, our team has a meeting, with any open tickets on a big screen, so we can discuss them.
One thing that has annoyed me for a while is, when we open a ticket, the entire top part of the open ticker contains all the info (date created, person who created etc) but we have to scroll down the page to actually read what the ticket is about. When you have many tickets, this is a real pain, and makes the product look like it was 'designed by a committee'.
On top of this, we then need to tab across to the Notes, to see any actions that have taken place ... and then scroll up to the top again to move to the next ticket.

Is it possible to customise the way a ticket is displayed on screen? I haven't found anything obvious yet.

thanks.
