New Request Error after upgrade 8.0

I successfully upgraded my appliance to 8.0 whitout any issue.

after the upgrade any customer want to create a new request has this error.

This error occur only when browser are in french language. no issus in english.

this is a know issue, can be related to french language. There is a FTF patch . I submited a request got the patch and it correct the issue
