Servicedesk Android App

I have just gotten a new Android phone from work, and I need to run ServiceDesk on it. I have downloaded and installed the app.

The very first time I went into it, I could configure the Server Address, select our Domain, enter my username and password. When I clicked the arrow to connect, I got the message "unable to connect to <server>".

Subsequent events have also failed after clearing the cache, rebooting, and uninstalling/reinstalling the app. Except now, our Domain is never listed...the only option I have is "N/A". Can anybody help me out trying to get this app running?

My phone is a LG G3 on Verizon.

Have you given the Server Address with port. ex : ipaddress:port or domainname:port.
