Status Changing When Notes Are Added


When a customer adds a note through the portal, the requests are returned to a "pending" status from their current status (e.g. Open, On Hold, etc...).

The Note Action setting in the Incident Workflow is set to "Do Nothing". We do not wish the status to change at all when a note is added by anyone at anytime.

Are we missing a setting somewhere?
