incident request portal - further customization
I'm trying to do a particular customization of the incident request portal on the Service Desk.
When a customer clicks through to creating a new incident, the first drop down field they select is Category. The next field is Item Type, which appears to the RIGHT of Category.
Now my question is: how can I get Item Type to appear BELOW the previous field, rather than to the its right?
I guess this involves editing code, as I couldn't find the level of customization in Setup -> Customize
Hopefully this is as simple as putting in a line break at the correct place.
