Activity update on incident record in SM9.41

I wanted to capture all activities (like Changing the title, description field, addition/deletion of attachment etc.) done on the incident ticket in the Activity tab.

Can someone help me please.

1. In command box type db, press enter key and search activityactions.
2. Search your table. Example, for IM tickets; search for table probsummary.
3. Select "Update Activities" to view activities created when updates are made and saved to an IM ticket.
4. Add a new line. Make sure you move the current last line to be last.
5. You can review and follow the same technique as Reassignment, but use your own Name to describe Title Update. Feel free to customize your own condition and test.
6. Continue with same technique to include additional fields for recording activity.

Look to "activityactions" table maybe it help.

Also you can write your own triggers on record updates.
