Add Attachment via Java API on ServiceDesk

hi, i need to get files in a directory and attach them to several ConfigurationItems via JavaAPI.... is it possible ???
So i have to develop a Java program that takes a file in a directory and attach it on a CI..

Unfortunately not. At 4.0 you could find attachments (just) and allow their display via web API, at 4.5 the move to FTP server makes even this unlikely!
