I am trying to figure out how to add "File, Form, Field" to the Help on Field window in the Windows Client. I have another person that I want to add this feature to their install and for the life of me cannot figure it out. It appears to be something specific to my installation, because anyone can sign in on my computer and it will work. The other person that has the Windows Client only gets the information from the help record. I have tried matching all of the preferences that I can find with no success.
I am using the 9.33 Client. I have a feeling this is frustratingly simple, but I need some help! I have attached an example of what I am trying to accomplish.

I really don't think this has anything to do with the help records. This has to do with the local installation of Windows Client. On one computer, regardless of who is logged in, you can see the file, form and field under the brief description. If I go to a different computer and log in with the same credentials and click on the same field, those 3 items are not displayed. Please see the attachment if you are unsure of what I am talking about.
