what is the version of SM?

Also do check with DB admin as filed is setting to null table.

Another way is to create a filed directly on DB and import it on SM.

Dear,

Below steps can help you

1. create a filed in todo table

2. go to to do map table, serach for the table you want to do the mapping say probsummary

3. now add the field from probsummary to todo field you created, click on save.

Now once you save IM record which has this filed filled, same value will be passed to Todo table in this filed.

We have created the field 'category' in the Todo table.

The category field is created successfully but once we logout and we login again the 'SQL table' field in the Todo file is automatically mapped to a null table.

Attaching the screenshot for reference.

After adding the category field and when we save , we are automated to a new page as below

go to dbdict, search for todo table and map the field from null to m1. Click Ok, logout and login again, check the field if its assigned to m1? hope this will solve the issue.

We have followed the above procedure but if we logout and login again the field is automatically mapped to a null table(n1).

Is there any alternative procedure for adding a new field?
