After TT creation CI update time getting updated, need disable this OOB feature
please find steps to reproduce above subjected issue in SM 9.60 version. need procedure disable this feature in SM 9.6 product.
- consider any affected CI name and please do check/note Sysmodtime for that CI.
- Raise ticket in probsummary for taken affected CI .
- then please observer sysmodtime for affected CI . (as soon as ticket got logged to that affected CI , CI update time also getting updated

for this, it will be complicated to disable the function as it is most likely a process inside SM that is doing the update, one of the ways that you can figure out what is doing this, is to try a capture a trace file that has debug parameters and see if you can spot the moment where the sysmodtime value gets changed.
