Alerts not working for knowledge Management

Hi Team,

I have created a simple Alert where in 

Schedule Condition:=true

Alert Condition:=true

Attached the alert to almost all the phases of Knowledge Management. but none of the ALert is getting Scheduled.

My Actual requirement is a bit different but I wanted to Test the Alert functionality first.

Is there any limitation for ALerts in Knowledgement. I am on SM 9.40 Version
