Anyway to edit the "Email has been sent to ****" label that displays after a ticket is submitted

Hello, 

Is there anyway to edit the "Email has been sent to ****" label that displays after a ticket is submitted in the ess portal?

Please see the attached photo for reference.

Hi,

 

THe message can be edited by going to notification -> search for the notification and find the message you want to change and change it.

In Database Manager, look up the scmessage table.  Search for Class="mail" and Message Number="39".

Thank you so much! Quick question, I see %S displays the last tech in the assignment group, is there any input that will just display the assignment group?
