Approval process in Incident Management
I have SM 9.40 and I have a requirement to create approval process on Incident Management module. Is that possible? If possible which feature that meet the requirement?

it depends on the way that your system is working, usually, 9.40 an up can work with workflows. If this is the case, you would be looking into adding a transition or a Ruleset that enables the approvals.
you could also check the option of adding a trigger to the module.
