Attached By & Attached date columns in Attacment section coming with blank values in SM attachments
we have migrated from SM9.3 to SM9.4 and we could see the columns "Attached By" and "Attached date" columns in Attacment section coming with blank values. Can some one help in resolving the issue and make those values displayed for attachments in service manager tickets with Attached date and Attached By column values as per the time it is attached and attached by that user.
The attached by and date are updated once the record is saved. Could you please let me know if those fields are blank even if you click the save button?
You could first check if dbdict SYSATTACHMENTS contains the two new fields coming with QCCR1E19946 :
upload.by (character, index 15)
upload.date (date/time, index 16)
