@HugoJose,

As the attachment is stored in the SYSATTACHMENTS table, you can do it by adding following lines to trigger for SYSATTACHMENTS table with type "After Add":

if (record.application == "probsummary")
{
print(record.topic);
}

Let me know if it helps,

Hi,

If you would like to know the same from the Probsummary table, query the "SYSATTACHMENTS" using the application== "probsummary" or topic=="recordNumber".

Thanks.

Give Kudos if it helps.

As already advised to use a trigger for the table.

But when and how do you want to kniw it ?

For example - store in probsummary for each incident flag true if addaed attachments (dont forget to clear it if attachments deleted)

Or you can store in probsummary fro each incident digit - attachments quantity.
