Auto-logoff in Service Portal

Hello all,

regarding Service Portal (SMA-SM) is there any configuration setting for auto-logoff of an inactive user session?

I could not find anything in the documentation.

Best Regards
Carsten

Re: Auto-logoff in Service Portal

Hello and thanks for your reply.

Seems like this porposal does not resolve my question. I don´t look for a parameter for webtier but for Service Portal (SMA-SM). I think this must happen within containers?!

Yours,
Carsten
