CMA not getting closed

Hi All,

I'm trying to change the Initiator of CMA in SM 9.2 but received validation as "Provide valid initiator" when checked for the operator record its correctly stored in the table as present on the change record.

Also to add even if the record has been approved by the approver still it is present in approvers  bin.

If tried from backend then the changes are not reflecting on front end. we have Oracle 11 g database.

Please help on the same.

Thanks in advance.

Re: CMA not getting closed

Hello,

The Initiator field should be filled using a valid CONTACT record -not operator record. If the problem persists, check the Validations tab in cm3r format control.

Best regards,

Albert

Re: CMA not getting closed

Hello,

It seems that the error is not about the initiator, but it is about the phase. Check the phase field. Maybe there is a typo or it's null or empty.

Best regards,

Albert
