Can a triggers be called on closing ticket
Trigger Type : "6 - After Delete" works for deletion of record.
How about the triggers on closing the record? Is there any way to call triggers on close action

You can add condition in "4 - After Update" trigger like "if record.status=“closed" and oldrecord.status<>"closed", do sth" to simulate the after-close trigger.
However, it's not a recommended solution in HPE SM 9.41, as the object level ruleset is degined to replace the triggers. With Process Designer, you can add your business logic in specific phase change/rule set, further more you can also add business logic in object level rule set.
