Can an assignment group reassign a ticket after Helpdesk has assigned the ticket to them ?

Just want to know if an assignment group can reassign a ticket to another assignment group after helpdesk assigns the ticket to them.

If possible,what permissions do i have to give the memeber of the assignment group

Yes, they just need the ability to update the ticket.

yes you can assign to diffrent group make sure that you have a acess
