Can't login to SM 9.60 via SM Client with error Failure opening 'dbdict' file, terminating

 i have install Service manager 9.60, wheh i try to login with client below error message appear.

while output of SM.log file is below: in which DB connected Successfully.

Might be DB related. You can try running the server/db config again to make sure if db connection is valid. And check in the config log file if the tables etc were created successfully.

Hello.

for this, do you have the demo data loaded in the servers, or was it from the very beginning?

I highly recommend doing a fresh install and try again. 

this could mean that something went wrong during the installation.

I've seen this error before in our environment after we did a DB refresh. For us it ended up being that the DB account we were using to connect didn't have the appropriate permissions applied and could not access the tables even though the username/password were correct.
