Catalog Items on the PORTAL should be sorted alphabetically by default.   It is difficult for end users to find things in long UNSORTED lists.

Hello Greg

Thanks for reaching out to us.

We were looking into this, and it seems that there is a hotfix for this.

The only thing that we need to confirm, is the version that you are working on, to see if this works for you since this is for SM 9.52 only.

If you would like to get more info on this, is the HotFix 4 for 9.52

If you find that this or any other post resolves your issue, please be sure to mark it as an accepted solution.
If you are satisfied with anyone’s response please remember to give them a KUDOS by clicking on the STAR at the bottom left of the post and show your appreciation.
