Change Ticket search slow

Hi All,

There exists a scenario in our environment ( hpsm 9.30 upgraded from 7.10) while we search change tickets, the time consumed is more , change records are about 9000 and the time taken is more than 15 secs, where as interaction or incident search is happening much faster while the records are huge compared to change, anyone experienced this behaviour before?

Please let me know if there is any mechanism to fasten the search.

A trace should help identify which specific part of the work-flow is slow.

sm.ini trace parms:

RTM:3

debugdbquery:999

sqldebug:1

Hi ,
As - m mentioned trace log file it will have the info what query is taking ling time to execute. Also try to look in alert.log file.

we faced the issue that not able to search cm3r records at all so HP provided patch for the same(it will replace some file in RUN directory)
