Clock still run when ticket closed

Hi Everyone,

 

Could you please help me, i have requirement to tracking assignment group for each incident tickets. I have configured macros to meet the requirement, but why the clocks is running where incident tickets closed.

Is there any missing configuration on my macros? Please help, i will appreciate it.

Hello!
In your condition macros will be closed after a change assignment.
You need to change the condition so that the counter is closed if the group does not change assignment.

Hi Kro,

 

Yes you are right, i have added condition or problem.status in $L.new="Closed" and the problem solved.
