Close Interaction button behavior

Hi Experts,

SM 9.52
When I click on Close Interaction, the interaction closes & becomes "read-only" but the ticket will remian displayed & then I have to click on cancel/back in order to remove it.

Can someone tell me how to make it disappear when I click on Close Interaction? I mean it should close it & not see it (like the Save & Exit button).

Thanks for contacting us.

for this, if you are using work flows and rulesets for you interaction module, at least OOB, you will have to update the wizard that comes up asking for the closure details.

if not, you will have to look for your display screen and option to see the actions that they take.

Look at this topic https://community.softwaregrp.com/t5/Service-Manager-Service-Center/SM-9-34-PD-gt-exit-when-done-for-Manual-Transitions/m-p/999662 Think it has solution for your Incident Workflow with the JS expression "vars.$L_exit_when_done = true;"   "On Enter" ruleset in "Closure" phase.
