Closed By Field INteraction

I would like to know how Closed By field is populated on an Interacction. When i close interaction the Closed By filed is set as the Full Name of the operator. I would like to change this to emploee id.

I am using HPSM 9.41 codeless

I believe this is managed in the environment record, with the checkbox for "Use Operator Full Name."

assuming your operator ID is the employee ID. Otherwise, it can't be done (realistically). If you want that, you might just add a custom field with that value.

Is there a way i can overwrite  full name with employee id? I tried assigning employee id to the Closed By field in the rule set that sets Closed Time and status. But somehow it is overridden by full name

Not really. The field is governed by the "core code" and only evaluates the options from the Environment record. You could store it in a custom field, and report on that (and maybe update the forms to only show the new custom field).

But this is obviously not a "codeless" effort.
