Condition Editor - field does not exist (sm 9.41 pd)

We are trying to add a condition for CurrentRecord, field Status, (on phase transition) but after adding the condition in the condition editor the status goes red and the message says Field does not exist. We already changed the datadict for field open (which is Status for incidents) to be Application and not System, but nothing changed.

Does anyone know if this is a bug?

Best Regards,

Zoran

Re: Condition Editor - field does not exist (sm 9.41 pd)

I haven't run into the same issue, and have transitions using the open field (which is the status field for Interactions, not incidents as stated above). You should be able to select the Status caption: the fieldname "open:" should not appear. If you are actually working on incidents, the status field for probsummary (the table in which incidents are stored) is problem.status.

In Tailoring > Process Designer > Settings you can configure condition editor to include system and/or deprecated fields (so you don't have to change the field type in the datadict. This approach ensures that system fields are not included in templates).

We removed the default global list for the status (open) field on the incidents datadict, and thata appears to have done the trick.
