Configuration considerations with HLB IdM services

Currently have a single IdM server running the IdM service. I am considering installing a secondary server and hardware load balancing both with a single dns name, but want to know if there are special considerations that need to be made in the configuration either with the IdM setup or the ADFS relying party trust. Is there somethign that needs to be done or must be done?

I am following the Service Manager documentation for 9.50, but there is no reference to whether or not the IdM service can be hardware load balanced. Is there other documentation available?
