Configure SLA on Change Management

Hello!

How can I add SLA to Change Management? Is this same as Interactions by creating Subscriptions?

Hello,

In the Help Server is an example that shows how to generate response Service Level Targets (SLTs) for Change Management requests and to generate alerts for SLTs. At the end of the example, you will be able to complete the following tasks:

Create a Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Add a Service Level Target (SLT)
