Cramer integration with Service Desk 5.0 patch 1

Hello,

Anybody has implemented cramer integration with Service Desk for data exchange.

What is needed to be done at Service Desk side to integrate with Cramer.

hi!!
If you can call SD_EVENT.EXE from Cramer, i think it is done.
We did that with one of our own NMS tool and the integration works fine. Later we moved to WebApi.
