Date and time calculations.

Jump to solution

Hello.

I have trouble with date and time calculations in incidents.

In FC probsummary:

1) Calculations

if (priority.code in $file="1") then ($timetest=time('01:00:00');$timeresolution=time('02:00:00'))

if (priority.code in $file="2") then ($timetest=time('02:00:00');$timeresolution=time('04:00:00'))

if (priority.code in $file="3") then ($timetest=time('04:00:00');$timeresolution=time('08:00:00'))

if (priority.code in $file="4") then ($timetest=time('08:00:00');$timeresolution=time('16:00:00'))

3) Problem:

Sometime incidents creates with wrong resolution.time.plan.

At the opening of the incident value resolution.time.plan true, but in the database it is still the old (not true).

If I press the button with the action "save" value in the database can be rewritten on the right.

But there I click the button with the action "ok", then the value in the database will not change.

I need a button combines the action "save" and "exit", how can I do it?
