Hi Experts,
Facing issue while logging into HPSM. it is taking approx 2 min to login into HPSM through windows & Web client both.
also facing issue due this delay login not able to create operator & contacts records through CIT.
Please anyone help me on this to resolve this issue.
We are getting this issue on our production.

problem resolved by self. Issue with DNS server recently get changed the IP address & it was not in there host file of windows.

We have not change anything in SM & noticed issue suddenly with our system.

- Check DB health status
- Check DB server resource status
- Check Network bandwidth/status between DB and SM server, client and SM server.
-- Also if you have embedded new GLs, large cm3 groups hen it will also lead to slowdown.
If nothing works the enable the RTM parameter as below in sm.ini restart the SM service , reproduce the issue and look in to log file, it will tell all the stuff. After analysis remove these parameter as this will generate huge logs and hit the performance.
