Deleting Assignment Groups

Jump to solution
If I have to delete an assignment group it asks which group to replace it with. If I choose a group and stell it to update this only modifies open tickets not all closed tickets... correct?

have you tried Administration Mode?

goto: db>assignment...

then tick that "Administration mode" checkbox in the DB form.
