Disable all SM users from opening new interactions and incidents in Service Manager
Please provide me information on how to disable the following:(Project will be decommisioned soon)
1. Disable all SM users from opening new interactions and incidents in Service Manager
Can we disable the interactions and incidents from MENUS in Service Manager
Is there any other alternative way we can disable interactions & incidents in Service Manager
What all information have to be taken care before disabling interactions & incidents in Service Manager
2. Is there any way we can disable Service Catalog module also.

There could be multiple way, better you should disable user to not to allow login in Service manager.
Otherwise you can change the interaction/incident profile of user by uncheck the "update" button and make it never.
you can also hide the Incident/interaction/servicecatalog from menu by putting condition as false.
