Disable category "problem" in ess.do

When my users open a interaction in url ess.do, they need to provide category, area and subarea. But i need to disable the category "problem" from this url, but it need to still available in index.do.

Anyone can help me?

Hi,

you can use the value list for the category field on ess.sd.open (i assume you must be using this form for ESS user) and remove global list, and enter the desired category to be displayed to end user here maunally.

Hello. If you mean the sekfservice portal.

Then users opens ess.SD.open form to create new interaction.

1) You can create on this form drop down list and set list of value in it (manual on form)

2) Same but in list of value you set GlobalVariable list, for example $G.ess.SD.Category
