Displaying User Option in Request forms

dear community,

i'm using SM 9.50, and i need to be able to display user options -selected from the catalog- in any form under the Request table, as i need to be able to include them in Request reports;

how can i achieve this? thank you for your help

this is a "dynamiс form" element on form - with input - svc.options

if you need extract all of this data to separate fields and store it in request then you need add to dbdict this new fields and use js to extract data from xml to this field.

Edit your form (in FormDesigner) use to add DynamicForm to Form (screenshot)

And in Properties for this set in input svc.options
