When stopping SM9 and restart it, I receive incident mail notifications despite I've already received before stopping.
I can't explain why and how avoid this.
Any idea ?

Can you specify what are you using in order to send email notifications? If it is SCSMTP, maybe this KM can be helpful: KM754055.
