Email2SM Integration for Ticket Creation
I have a requirement to integrate Email to HPSM via CIT for ticket creation.
Before i start, can someone suggest me with best practices/any reference document which would help me.

tip 1: use different email boxes for email to SM and from SM (to prevent creation users reply to interaction)
tip2: for inbox (email to SM) make rule to move messages with aouto answer to some folder (CIT will proceed only INBOX, for example)
The right port for POP3 is 110 (not 25)
But i recommend ussing IMAP with port 143
Some problem will raised with POP3 like
"The code page 'windows-1258' received is not supported." - I got this issue right now and fix it to using IMAP instead
I use Webmail Outlook, and with that account i can send and receive email messages.
Is there anything specific i need to configure on the CIT server specific to email?
