Enabling notification on custom form

Hi Team,

Email notification is configured successfully and can able enable notification for the existing forms. HPSM version is 9.30. Os is Windows 2008 ER2 and database is MSSQL 2008.

This query is regarding custom notification on custom form.

Followed steps

1. Custom table is created and Custom form is created for the table..

2. Custom Web service for the custom table is published.

3. Copied default object and Added object with name as custom table and configured notification as like Incident Module.

4. Third party application is able to consume web service successfully. All fields values are updated on HPSM custom table as well reflected on custom form.

5. Notification is not getting initiated and its failing.

Here, would like to get help and suggest a way to achieve if possible. If there is any constraint, please let me know.

Hello.

You should call RAD application "us.notify" then the object open/save/close.

You can do it by Format Control or Process.

Hello,

Try to make it by Triggers. Triggers must make "doInsert()" email record in Eventout table.
