Error message when logging into Web client - SM 9.40

When I log onto our Web client, I receive this error message:

Has anyone seen this before and if so, how do we eliminate it.

There is an unload in the 9.40 platform_unloads directory that need to be applied:

QCCR1E114612_SM940_SM930.unl

and you need to load the one I have attached here.

Both of these add missing application components that are required by the new web tier.

You can apply them in any order.
