Error message when logon in the HPSM 9.41

I updated version of 9.40 to 9.41, the system began to display an error message when you log on:

"Failed to load user information".

Can anybody help me? Thank you.

You should load the 9.41 web tier to match the 9.41 applications.

Hi ,

Could you please tell me the patch which is updated.

Even I am facing this error and hp ticket raised is taking ages to respond.

After upgrading the server RTE and the webtier to 9.41 you see this error. After upgrading these two did you apply unloads from %9.41_SERVER%/platform_unloads? Specifically look for QCCR1E124742_SM941_SM930.unl

Hi Brett,

I did as you wrote, I loaded the file into Service Manager Client and when I connected I did not see the error message.
