Error while submitting catalog

Hi, I am getting this error while submitting a catalog via order a catalog in service catalog: update terminated - could not access row id (sd.catalog.request,save.interaction) Unrecoverable error in application: sd.catalog.request on panel save.interaction Any ideas to fix this?

We have found that the issue was occuring due to the high customizations that were enhanced in the Service Desk module (i.e. interactions) which was validating while service cart is getting submitted.

To reproduce the issue and review the trace, please share the following information,

1. SM RTE/Application version

2. clean sm.log, enable rtm:3 and debugdbquery:999 in sm.ini, reproduce the issue, and send back sm.log to review.

Hi MK;

I got the same error and when I removed the validation over the SD.open.interaction to specify the Service Recipient for new interactions, but the error still exist and I couldnot solve it !!!

couuld you please explain to me what did you do to solve this error?
