Escalate Interaction to Known Error

Hello

We are on HPSM 941 codeless. I am trying to Escalate an Interaction by clicking Escalate button. The escalate screen does not have an option to relate Known Error. It has 3 option 

Existing Incident, Existing Problem, Existing Request

 

How can i include Existing Known Error on the Solution Matching screen.
