Eventin Email not creating tickets

My SM 7.11 evenin records are not beiong processed to create interactions.

 

The event process is running.

 

I have restarted the event process several times.

 

Why would'nt the events create an interaction?

check the sm.log file for any type of errors.

See what is there in message tab of the eventin records.


Have you recently changed anything like permission or configuration in SM.

There are no errors in SM log. I did a debug trace and there were no errors.

 

I have installed SCAUTO for the first time but service manager is pointing to an existing database using the OOB email registration and maps.
