Exclude Pending Status duration from Spent Time on an Incident ticket of HP SM
I need a script or expressions on spend time calculation on Incident ticket in HP Service Manager.
IIn format control calculation what I have done is like, for capturing the Spent Time on the IM ticket is:
Spent TIme=resolved.time in $L.file-open.time in $L.file and I am able to capture the value in Spent Time field. But it is calculating the time even for suspended statuses..So I need to exclude the time for Suspnded status..
